Your packages are shipped by the Colissimo Suivi tracked option by La Poste.
Although every care is taken to prepare your shipments in a timely manner, processing and preparation delays prior to shipment may arise on occasion, according to the number and specificities of the order to be processed and, in particular, during promotions and high-volume periods.
A notification email will be sent to you on the day of shipment of your package, stating the shipment reference number, so that you can track the progress of your order.
Packages weighing less than 30 kilos are sent via the Colissimo Suivi tracked option by La Poste, to your home address, without an appointment. Shipments are usually delivered within two to three working days.
You will be asked to sign an acknowledgement of receipt in exchange for the package. If the user or recipient of the product ordered is absent, a delivery notice will be left, stating the tracking number for the package. The package will be available for collection from the nearest post office for the following two weeks. If, by accident, no delivery notice is left, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible so that we can provide you with the package tracking number. You can then collect the package from the post office.
Delivery lead times are provided for guidance only and delivery after the stated date may not give rise to damages, retention of part or all of the price to be paid, or cancellation of current orders. The Company may not be held responsible for non-performance of the contract owing to a force majeure event and, in particular, in the case of full or partial strikes by the postal services or transport companies, or catastrophes such as flood, fire, etc. The Company may not, under any circumstances, be held responsible for longer lead times owing to the operations of La Poste. The user is required to check, in the presence of the postal or delivery agent, the condition of the packaging of the goods and the contents of the delivery.

DURING NORMAL AND PROMOTIONAL PERIODS, shipment is FREE OF CHARGE for orders over €60 (after deduction of loyalty points) and will be automatically deducted from your shopping basket.
Orders placed in the morning and paid for by card will be dispatched during the afternoon of the same day or the following day during promotions. You can contact us by telephone on +33 4 79 52 23 08 from 8.30 am to 12 pm and 1.30 pm to 6 pm from Monday to Thursday, and from 8.30 am to 12 pm and 1.30 pm to 4 pm on Friday.
If you are in the area, our shipment department can prepare your package for collection at our laboratory premises, enabling you to avoid shipping costs. Simply let us know that you would like to collect your package directly. Thank you and until next time!
